China is comprehensively promoting Chinese path to modernization, and Uzbekistan is also comprehensively building a "new Uzbekistan". Both countries are at a critical stage of reform and development, and both are facing the test of international changes. China is willing to work with Ukraine to deepen all-round cooperation and build a community with a shared future between China and Ukraine.

Both sides should firmly support each other and become friends and partners that can be relied on and relied on by each other. We need to expand economic, trade and investment cooperation, deepen connectivity construction, expand energy and healthcare cooperation, and actively carry out local, cultural, and poverty reduction exchanges and cooperation. Both sides also need to carry out counter-terrorism and anti interference cooperation, making due contributions to promoting regional security and stability.

China is willing to work together with Ukraine to promote the construction of the China Central Asia mechanism and build a closer China Central Asia community with a shared future.

Ukraine firmly adheres to the One China policy and is a reliable all-weather strategic partner of China. Ukraine is willing to learn from China's experience in poverty reduction, continue to deepen cooperation in various fields, strengthen cultural exchanges, actively implement the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, and promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between Ukraine and China to a new level. Ukraine is willing to work closely with China to promote regional security and development through multilateral cooperation such as the China Central Asia mechanism.

After the talks, the two heads of state signed the Joint Declaration of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and adopted the Development Plan for the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the New Era (2023-2027). They jointly witnessed the signing of multiple bilateral cooperation documents in areas such as priority investment projects, poverty reduction, agricultural product trade, inspection and quarantine, and local cooperation.
