Technology innovation is the motivation of the cities developments and precondition for cities to be improved and civilized. The Urban Development Union of Countries along the Belt and Road Route is to link the representative of technology innovation cities in China to the cities which in the process of technology development of countries along the Belt and Road Route, hereby forming the Technology Innovation Cities, that aim to learn from each other, complement each other, and resources sharing. Technology Innovation Cities get a well start-off and make a solid foundation for boosting the agricultural innovation, industrial innovation, service innovation, ideology innovation, open up innovation, and the pattern innovation of cities governance, playing a leading role in the development of cities and regions along the Belt and Road Route.
