Technological Development Industry Union is an important task of the Urban Development Union of Countries along the Belt and Road Route. The industrial basis of countries along the Belt and Road Route is ordinary fragile, a lack of the dependence of scientific technology, imbalance information between supply and demand, mutual disconnected.
